I started off my career as an accountant for the largest law firm in the United States. In 1997 I got married and decided to stay at home and raise a family. I have three boys, Brandon 7, Justin 6, and Harrison 3. In 2002 I decided to pursue my first love, education and earned a Masters Degree in Elementary Education at Adelphi University. Juggling a home and going to school full-time was not easy, but boy was it worth it! I graduated in 2003 and started teaching that Fall. I taught second grade in a New York City public school. Teaching is what I now love to do!
In July of 2004 my family and I moved to Alpharetta. It wasn't easy leaving New York after living there for 17 years, but the move to Georgia has been great. I was so fortunate to be introduced to Mr. Trussell and find a position here at Creek View. I can sincerely say that Georgia and Creek View are now home. My husband Alex and I agree that moving here was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
For the 2004-2005 school year, I was involved with EIP (Early Intervention Program) here at Creek View. I am thrilled to be with Kindergarten this year and excited to be a part of this fabulous teaching team. These are precious times for you and your children, ENJOY IT!
